Deposits and Cancellations
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit for any no-shows or late cancellations. Deposits help secure your appointment and ensure time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so freely and as often as needed, provided it’s done at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time may result in a forfeited deposit or a cancellation fee.

Clients who arrive late may be considered a no-show and will also be subject to the non-refundable deposit policy.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on scheduling future services.
Payment
You will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. We accept all major credit cards and other accepted forms of payment listed in our booking system.
