Welcome to The Loc Nest Trap. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before scheduling your service.

1. Appointments and Scheduling

All appointments must be booked through our official booking system. We recommend arriving on time to ensure your full service duration. If you arrive late, you may be considered a no-show and your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled at the stylist’s discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

We enforce a cancellation policy on select services. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee. You may reschedule as many times as needed before the 48-hour window without penalty.

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without notice will be marked as no-shows. A non-refundable deposit will be retained, and future appointments may require prepayment. Repeated no-shows may lead to the suspension of booking privileges.

4. Deposits and Payments

Some services may require a deposit to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-show or late cancellation. The remaining balance is due in full once the service is completed.

5. Service Satisfaction

Our goal is to provide high-quality loc care and styling services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify your stylist before leaving the salon so adjustments can be made. Once you leave the premises, the service is considered accepted as completed to satisfaction.

6. Health and Hair Condition

Clients are responsible for disclosing any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. The Loc Nest Trap will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or issues resulting from information not disclosed at the time of service.

7. Children and Guests

We maintain a calm and professional environment. Children and guests not receiving services are allowed only if they do not interfere with the stylist or other clients.

8. Personal Belongings

Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. The Loc Nest Trap is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

9. Right to Refuse Service

The Loc Nest Trap reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, late arrivals, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these terms and policies.

10. Policy Updates

Policies, prices, and terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. By booking with The Loc Nest Trap, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the most current version of these terms.
